Delegate Lewis moved to amend the bill on page 3, Section 6, line 48, following the period by inserting the following sentence:

"If a criminal background check is reviewed, the disposition of any arrest or charge must be included."

And,

On page 10, Section 4, line 65, following the period by inserting the following sentence:

"If a criminal background check is reviewed, the disposition of any arrest or charge must be included."

And,

On page 13, Section 4, line 58, following the period by inserting the following sentence:

"If a criminal background check is reviewed, the disposition of any arrest or charge must be included."

And,

On page 15, Section 6, line 57, following the period by inserting the following sentence:

"If a criminal background check is reviewed, the disposition of any arrest or charge must be included."
